  My iPhone 5 wasn’t charging. I did some research and had already self-diagnosed the problem before I got to Batteries Plus Bulbs…I was prepared to pay the $80 for a new charging port. When I arrived, I told the Technician I probably needed a new charging port. He looked at my phone and suggested that he try to clean the port first. He used a special set of tweezers to clean the port. He took out a bunch of lint and then tried charging the phone…It charged! He didn’t stop there…He said he could feel the left side of the port was still dirty. He went back and got even more lint out. Now the charger fits nice and snug in the port and my phone charges as well as it did the day I bought it. Best part…They didn’t charge me anything because they didn’t have to replace any parts. They could have easily replaced the port and charged me but they didn’t. If you are looking for honest people who have good customer service skills and do a good job, Batteries Plus Bulbs on FM 1960 is the place to go!

  Very great service, ordered my battery online. They called to say it was in stock and come to get it. The 3 people that helped us were very nice and they put the battery in and off we went. Would definitely recommend this store!
