  I first went to Bizarre Bazaar last year just to browse around. Before two weeks ago, I've never been back in. I stopped in to the Humble location because I wanted to purchase a vape pen as a Christmas gift. I do not know anything about vaping or vapes. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and informative. She was very personable and made me feel super comfortable with making such a pricey purchase. I did not get her name but it was around 8pm on December 22nd. She had short hair. I purchased my new vape pen from her and I gave it to my girlfriend on Christmas. She was totally stoked about it. A few days ago it stopped working for some unknown reason. An error code popped up and both of us didn't know how to fix it. Today, I brought it back to the store around 7pm to see if I could get some help with fixing it. The guy that helped me, his name was Jordan, was super helpful. He sat there and cleaned my vape at least three times. He trouble shooted it over and over. He finally figured out that it was just my whole tank that was bad. A girl that was also there(did not catch her name, but she had gauges, tattoos and. Long brown hair) attempted to help as well. They were both super nice and just all around awesome people. They ended up giving me a tank and told me if I had anymore trouble, to come back and they would help me. These people and this place displayed great customer service and because of them, I'll always go back and recommend this place to everyone.
