    I shop at the Humble store as my regular store and have had good experiences in the past and after all this last time was great. After doing my shopping online and finding what I wanted I went to the store, I walked in and started to find the things I wanted and testing them out for feel and size. I was about look for a salesman to help me when Carrie walked by and asked me if anyone had helped me yet and I replied no, she had things in her hand and said that she would be right back, when she returned she was very helpful and helped me close my sale and arrange delivery. Carrie was great and helped me do the numbers several times till I was happy and never complained right up till I finally made up my mind. in short it was one of my best visits and I will recommend Carrie to my friends if they are looking to make a purchase.

    Worst experience ever!!! I would never get an account with a con’artist place like this ever again! They do have the right name for it tho. Make sure these people don’t screw you over! Just letting you know these people never notate your file when making a payment or when you call! Their customer service people on the phone lines are the most ugliest and rudest animals alive! They will do anything and say anything to charge you fees so they can get as much money out of you as possible! I call and ask to speak to management and they tell me they have no management and no supervisors and so I ask to speak to someone else he tells me I would have to call back and speak to someone else because he is not transferring me. And I have every call recorded as well. It is very said that my credit went so low because these people are reporting false information just to make a dollar and hurt their customers. Worst experience of my life!
