I have been going to this Lowe's store since the day it opened and it is always been my favorite store to go to. I moved to Michigan and have not gone probably for about a year. I came to Humble and have some work to do on my house here so I have been told this Lowe's the last 3 days in a row. Sadly the customer service here now is horrible. For two days straight I waited over 40 minutes to get some help buying a bathroom vanity and no one ever came. I might have to change my loyalties to Home Depot.
