  Before we even got to Mattress Firm, we had a bad experience buying an online mattress. The first mattress we bought at a store was a bad one because the sales person was so pushy. My wife was nervous about laying on a bed while people might stare. So we were very nervous by the time we got to Mattress Firm. We got there and were greeted by Juan. He did a great job showing us the different types of beds there are. Juan walked away while we tried the different mattresses which was great form my wife's anxiety. Juan never tried to pressure us and made the buying an easy purchase for us. The online mattress took a month to come in so I waited til we got the delivery form Mattress Firm before writing this. Delivery was just a couple of days and they wore shoe covers without asking and did a great job delivery. We did what Juan said and walked on the new mattress and we both got a great night sleep. I love our new mattress! I would recommend going to this Mattress Firm and if you do ask for Juan.
