  Walked into the store asking them for a parts told me was gonna be $100 I asked her if they could help me check or at least tell me how to check if the part that I currently have is bad he said he couldn't but google could... horrendous customer service

  This is the closest oriellys to the job site I'm on right now. Called ahead so they could have my parts pulled by the time I got there. Got there and the same lady I had spoken with on the phone had it all at the counter for me. Bought the brakes for 2 of my vehicles and was on the way home in 5 minutes. I really appreciated them getting me on the road before traffic got too bad. Thanks guys!
