  Horrible customer service, I got a Pandora ring I wanted for Christmas which is also my first purchase from there my husband bought it for me and at this time the only size they had was a 5 i wear a size 6 so after Christmas I went to exchange the ring, they still did not have the ring in my size so I asked they lady if they could order the ring in my size, she said "no what i could do is give you the money back on a gift card and you could purchase the ring online". I said "no thank you I'll just check back or get a full refund," and she said that's fine you'll just need the original receipt, ok so I came back with the ring and the original receipt for a full refund (now this is my second trip to the store) she said do u have the card it was purchased with? Well no it was a gift from someone I don't have their card but it was debt, I've never had a problem with getting cash back anywhere if it was purchased with a debt card and I have the original receipts, "she said im sorry we cant refund it unless you have the card it was purchased with!" I just feel like they don't want to do a refund!! I was going to just purchase another ring but they pissed me off so much with horrible customer service now I'm going back for a third time today with my husband's card for the full refund!! I will never purchase from here again!!!
