  Frank the owner of the company is always involved in the jobs performed which ensures quality. They did an awesome job on the awning installation in houston tx. :) couldnt be happier.

  Sunsetter awnings used this company to hang my 14' sunsetter awning. Patico hung my awning using only 3 brackets and did not hit one stud when hanging it. They even hung one bracket on a trim piece. Awning begin to strip at the brackets and even broke the trim piece. After numerous attempts at calling them and leaving messages I never received a call back. Jacob with Sunsetter even tried to contact them weekly to get a response. Never heard back from them. Sunsetter finally hooked me up with another company to come out and repair the awning and hang it properly. I was told by this company that they have had numerous call backs to repair Patico's faulty installation. Cost me $465 out of my pocket to have it hung properly. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
