I would had said negative 5 but at least one employee actually Apologize and acknowledge that it was the store's fault. They misplaced my purchased product and they tell me to Wait 3 weeks. I say I've already waited 3 three weeks Sears jewelry department is a total mess, hardly no one around to help you in other departments. Unfriendly manager.
