  My wife waited for help with her phone 2 hours on 11/3/17 and once the customer service rep called her name she explained the problem to the rep he told her she needed to call tech support. When she arrived home she called tech support they inform her that someone should have taken care of her at the Sprint store. Well we are back at the Sprint store and its been another 2 hours and counting these workers are not in rush to help anyone. This place is terrible

  1st of all I called 3 times to see where exactly they were located. NO ANSWER. I walk in and noone greeted us or explained to us where do we sign in. I asked one of the guys and he said that someone will be right with me to sign me in. After waiting and waiting, I finally went up to another guy and told him to sign me in. Waited for ever for sucky service. I'm just use your walking in Tmobile and AT&T and they greet you and tend to you right away. Sprint customer service is awful. I would never use you guys.
